When you hire a doula, you are hiring someone who you can feel comfortable with during your most vulnerable moments. Someone you can call if doubts or questions creep in. Once you hire me as your doula you will receive unlimited text and call support. I will provide emotional support and physical comfort. I will give reassurance and make suggestions to help labor progress, help with relaxation, massage, positioning, hip squeezes, counter pressure and other techniques for comfort. I will show you Spinning Babies techniques to help your baby be in the optimal position for labor. I also offer and have experience with breastfeeding support and postpartum care.

I offer two prenatal meetings where we go over your ideal birth, birth preferences, birth history, (if you have one) labor positions, Spinning Babies, breathing techniques, breastfeeding information, postpartum care and much more! During the time of active labor, your birth team and I will work together supporting you. Once baby is born, I will remain with you until baby has their first latch and you are relaxed and comfortable. I offer one postnatal visit where I can guide you with breastfeeding, newborn care and postpartum care. If you're needing additional visits, we can discuss that at the time.
